Approach

The channel follows the problem.

Kite finds the nearest obstacle between a business and more profitable revenue, then builds what is needed to remove it.

Start with the constraint.

Most firms sell what they are staffed for. Kite starts with the commercial problem.

Growth is usually held back at one of three points: not enough of the right people know you exist, people find you but lack a reason to choose you, or interest exists but is not becoming enough revenue. The constraint is different in every business. The work should be too.

Design the intervention.

Once the constraint is clear, we choose the intervention most likely to move it and build it. The channel is chosen last, not first.

Run a test. Measure the economics.

A Commercial Sprint is one problem, one intervention, one measurable test, usually over 30 days. We report what it cost and what it produced: bookings, leads, revenue, pipeline or contribution.

Where something works, Growth Operations keeps running, improving and extending it. Where it does not, we say so and change course.

Find out what we would change first.

A Commercial Review tells you where growth is being lost and what we would fix first.
